Working with the Hampden-Hampshire Housing Allowance Project (HAP, Inc.), Agricola Corporation guided the tax-advantaged rehabilitation of more than 60 units of affordable housing in three historic buildings (1872, 1895 & 1926) in the Metro Center neighborhood of Springfield.
